I checked it from your provided website regarding Katz Apartments, I see that the apartment is quite modern, is it new apartment?

Honestly, I do not know the location such as which streets... But I can trust what you said... So may i know this apartment to be more convenient OR similar of oaks on collin?

And should i make reservation through this website? is it from this hotel itself?

Thanks for your trust, I am so happy about it. =)

1. I am not sure if the apartment is new or not. Next Magazine introduced it, I guess it may not be too bad. What I know is the magazine said the owner is Chinese, it may be easier for you to communicate if you have further questions in Melbourne.

2. Actually the city loop is not really big, you can walk or take a train to China town, stations and shopping malls. Therefore, the motels are all convenience.
Katz is cheaper and the owner is Chinese. Oaks is closed to Southerncross station and the DFO factory outlet, and easy to travel to the airport.

3. http://www.ozstaysapartment.com.au/ should be the Web site of the apartment. You can make the reservation through it.
