Joe has too much toys in his room . What is wrong ?

Joe has too MANY toys in his room.

[Many] is used for countable nouns, in this case [toys]
[Much] is used for untable nouns, e.g. water, oil, wood, etc.

應是: Joe has too many toys in his room. (Toy is countable noun, so we have to use - many)

joe has many toys in his room.

too much 不會咁用的...
