扇貝係BBQ前有d咩注意

其實最緊要都係洗乾淨, 最好用牙刷, 尤其是條裙邊, 調味可以加些蒜蓉, 蒜鹽或牛油

清洗乾淨 , 切掉內臟 , 你可以落牛油 =)

Put them into a fresh water and let them expel the sands and dirty things inside.
Put some salts into them when you put them in the barbacue oven.
