the following table shows the total population of country A and country B in a certain year:

country A: 5 million
country B: 6 million

suggest TWO reasons why Country A may have a larger labour supply than Country B.

Labour supply = Number of workers x Average Working hours of Workers
Country A has a smaller population size than Country B but Country A may have a larger labour supply becuase
- Country A may have a greater proportion of working population and so the number of workers are greater;
- Country A has a longer average working hours of workers.
