根據我們公司對此玻璃產品的豐富經驗﹐由於玻璃杯畢竟都是易碎品﹐運輸途中必然有一定的破損。此外﹐玻璃杯還要加工才可正式出口﹐當中不排除人為的破損。故此買家必須預計額外的損耗量。
而當初我們的報價是不包括損耗的﹐再者﹐當中有4%佣金亦不包含在內﹐
坦白說﹐我們這張單真的沒有賺錢﹐但鑑於大家多年的合作關係﹐我們依然很樂意為你們服務。
希望貴司能體諒我們的情況﹐接受一人一半來分擔這個費用。

Also, as the glassware requires further processing before it can be exported, it is possible that the damage was due to human negligence. Therefore, the buyer should take this sort of damage into account beforehand.
In our quotation, we assumed no responsibility for any damage that may occur. Furthermore, the normal 4% commission was not included. To be honest, we are just breaking even on this particular order.
However, in view of our long-standing business relationship, we would like to ask for your understanding in this matter, and propose that we each share 50% of the responsibility.
