How to drive a manual car

Same as above, how to drive a manual car?
How to apply the clutch, brake, and acclerations? Like i saw someone they have to put the foot on clutch and put one foot on gas, howcome? And when the car back up, also need to put two foot! Please explain as detail as possible. ( answer either in eng or chinese is ok)

If you don't care,I give you the answer in Cantonese:
棍波車和自動波車的楂法大同小異，最大分別是要自行決定行車時的波（排檔／ＧＥＡＲＩＮＧ）。車起步時用的排檔和高速行車時的排檔是不同的，情況同單車一樣。

使用棍波，是要利用極力子和波棍去控制用什麼排檔。起步時，要踩油，鬆極力士，上一檔，入了一檔後正常行駛，但一檔車速不會高，所以行行下又要用極力士和波棍去上二檔，三檔等。要按照路面情況自行決定波段。

有個可能性是轉檔不成功。而且會在減速時控制不當而死火。

自動波車沒有這個問題，但費油呀。
