It sounds like it's around 1000 calories. But there is 2 problems. 1st, we need 1,200 calories daily minimum to be healthy, let alone you are at a growing age. 2nd, I think calcium is missing from your menu. At your age, you should have at least 2 servings of dairy per day in order to develop strong bones. And exercising is also a big factor to be in good health/shape. Good luck.

i'm meant to be on a weight-alleviation plan, yet i've got had slightly bit a binge right this moment... Breakfast - 3 strawberries, 12 grapes, 3 cherry tomatoes, and 2 slices of white bread. Snacks: 2 French Fancies and a Terry's Chocolate Orange bar. save eating woodland end result drink, which has countless energy. Lunch - Quorn (faux meat) poultry slice and 2 Quorn sausages, in rolls. Dinner - Small egg fried rice. it rather is 10 O'clock, and that i've got only eaten 2 small bread rolls. I even have 0 self administration whilst it is composed of foodstuff, and due to this i've got began putting it right into a foodstuff diary. Mehhh :/ i think of you're actually not eating sufficient, that's honestly not sufficient energy. in case you consume under 1200 energy an afternoon, you will not drop some weight. you should consume some greater issues, even nonetheless it rather is an particularly healthful eating habitual. :)

You should probably also have a mid-morning snack like string cheese (just 1) and a couple crackers.

It looks good (and healthy) but be careful with the peanut butter; it is high in fat. I agree with the comment on more fruit and veggies. Make sure that chicken breast is skinless.

I think this too low in calories. Eat more fruit as snacks and include more nuts and seeds too. Just add them to your meals, or even a tsp of peanut butter to your porridge. Try getting in some oily fish a few times a week too. You'll get too hungry and end up bingeing. Good luck with the diet.
