Medina Executive Northbank Melbourne is on 88 Flinders St.
Closed to Flinders St and Exhibition St. (SE corner of city loop)
Petty much the same walking distance to China Town and the shopping malls comparing with Oaks On Collins Melbourne.
Medina is a chained motel, my friend had stayed in the motel in St. Kilda and she was happy with it.

Oaks On Collins Melbourne is on 480 Collins Street/
Closed to Collins St and King St. (SW corner of city loop)
Petty much the same walking distance to China Town and the shopping malls comparing with Medina Executive Northbank Melbourne.
Oaks On Collins Melbourne is closed to Southerncross Station and DFO (factory outlet).
