(10分!)匯豐網上理財一問(想查簿仔記錄)

2個問題：
1,我上hsbc諗住登入，但入左好多次都唔岩(肯定無入錯)，之後系統需要我reset password，話會email返比我。但因為家人已忘記當初用電郵戶口，那樣我就無法收到確認電郵。我可以打比匯豐要求佢寄個psword去指定電郵嗎??又或者有咩方法可以幫到忙?

2.我屋企人有匯豐提款卡但無簿仔，而家佢想check返每月收支記錄，銀行話一係比錢print返出來，一係上網check。但比錢都要等好耐，上網又登入唔到，仲有其他方法嗎？？請指教

Q1, if unsuccessful logon, if you are very sure about your password is correct, and if you are also using your security device, then you can call to the internet call center 27483322, ask them to check whether your logon failure is due to the security device or really the password, you might not need to reapply your password if that's just your security device problem, they might be able to fix it for you right away.
and if you reapply for your new password, they will send an acknowledgement to your email address and as well as via regular mail to your mailing address.
Q2. no other method, and also, if there is 29 transactions under your account "if that's a passbook logistic one" and having do the print out then that will summarized to a 'net back item' and that will came out as a total sum instead of the breakdowns, so, even if you can log on, you still might not get what you want. you need to know what type of account you are holding then can work out a way, but seems now is better go to with pay-report for easy reference.
