In my point of view, this activity is provided with educational significance, but I regret to inform you that out company does not have enough budget to sponsor this activity.

Although I think this activity is very educational, our company' s budget for either this year or next year is not in a position to sponsor such an activity.

I supposed this activity is quite educational. However, we are not in a position to support it as we are short of bugget, it's unsure even for next year.
