英文 e mail ~ thanks

星期一我們已經把之前收到的信件寄出了,但我們keep住有些是星期一之後才收到的,請你有時間可以到我們公司拿取.

We have already sent out the letters which arrived before Monday. But we still keep those arrived after Monday. Please come to our office to pick them up if it is convenient for you.
