HR - reference check

請問有什麼途徑可以check到員工過往的工作經驗?
(除了該員工提供的reference letter)

是否可以透過agency去check呢?

如沒有該員工舊公司資料, 所以不能夠出信查詢 ,那應怎麼辦?? 有沒有一些方法可查到(除了透過員工)?? p.s. 因為發現此員工有點不妥, 所以想check清楚 thanks!!

其实一般上的candidate都会将过往的工作经验和refence check放在resume里的,if resume 没有的话你可以问candidate拿的。但然你也可以通过recruitment agency check candidate .
And you also can request candidate provide you the last 3 months payslip for you , then you can check from there.It is because payslip will include that company name .
If candidate mention she/he can't provide you the reference list or payslip , i think this candidate really have a problem. It could be he didn't performance well in last company or he did make a mistake at the company .Or other reason is she/he did apply a lot of position, she/he don't mind you reject her/his application.cos normal candidate want to get the job offer , she/he will provide you all the information that you want.

You need to consider this candidate whether she/he suitable for your company position.

可以直接用公司letterhead出封信俾員工以前僱主(人事部), 請佢confirm番員工的工作日期 / 職位 / 及表現等.
Agency亦有責任在俾candidate你前做哂reference check的.
