GO TO GNC AND BUY A PROTEIN POWDER, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO EAT FISH OR MEAT, JUST TAKE A SHAKE.

You can purchase protein tablets and powder at the health food store. Soy contains good protein in many forms, soy milk, bars, cereal (Kashi Go Lean cereal has 13 grams in one serving). Dried beans and peas are a good cheap source of protein.
