I make my favourite (Low fat Low carb High protein) smoothie with:
1 cup of skim milk
1 scoop of Whey (low carb) powder (adds creamy favour without extra carb and fat)
1 cup of frozen mixed fruit (gives it a milkshakes texture, without watering down the fruity favour with ice cubes)
Blend it till smooth (optional with a touch of honey if u like it sweeter, but I find pineapple crunches in the mixed fruit is pretty sweet already)
Besides it's delicious, it also takes care of 2 servings of fruit and 1 serving of dairy of the day's requirements.
