whats the easist diet for a 13 yer old whos 5*3 &&& weighs 140-145?

Nope. U r not fat, let alone obese. If u still wanna trim down a bit and easy does it, try switch everything to sugar free, low fat and whole grain (whole wheat paste, brown rice...etc) and switch the serving portion: instead of 1 protein (lean meat), 2 veggies, 3 starch. Try 1.5 protein, 3.5 veggies and 1 starch for a meal. I guarantee u'll still feel full at the end of each meal and will lose weight. Good luck :)

I don't think your obese. I don't think a diet is good for a 13 year old. Just have fun and be a kid. Go running, exercise.

Just eat healthy and get plenty of exercise. Remember that at your age you're still growing, so both your height and weight may very well change over the next few years. No point in being overly concerned about it now.

Eat whatever you want as long as you stick to the proper serving sizes. Make sure you are eating healthy and get at least an hour of excercise on a daily basis. No real dieting is required of anyone if they just do those simple things.

No you are not fat and obese. At thirteen you do not need to "diet" simply work out, you know be active. Play basketball instead of playstation and you will be fine.
