Alot of depends on genetics. At such a young age though your skin will naturally have great elasticity. Working out will do alot of good though. Try to engage as many different muscles as you can, and over time, some of it will firm up. maybe not all, maybe all. Jjust keep working at it.
And remember losing 1 to 2lbs a week is healthy but anymore is a bit to quick. Don't lose so much so quick that you shock your body.. you need to take it a step at a time so your body has a chance to adjust to your new weight.
