Personal Financial Services (PFS) branches of HSBC continue to provide excellent service and sales opportunities to our customers. As the first point-of-contact with our customers, our branch staff is our most important asset in servicing our customers needs, thereby maintaining our reputation for quality sales and service. We are now seeking people who thrive on interacting with customers and are able to service and exceed customers' banking needs and expectations.



As a Financial Services Officer and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will manage the sales and service environment of the branch to ensure the highest standard of PFS business strategy implementation.


Key Responsibilities



Handle sales of general banking products and make referrals to other appropriate bank colleagues
Actively identify business opportunities in promoting our integrated financial services packages and make business referrals
