Please give me the answer and reason!

1.Which of the following are selectively permeable?
(1) Cell membrane
(2) Cell wall
(3)The membrane surrounding the vacuole

A =(1) and (2) only
B =(1) and (3) only
C=(2) and (3) only
D (1) , (2), and (3)


2.Which of the following is not an example of excretion?

A Removal of faeces
B Removal of urine
C Sweating
D Breathing out carbon dioxide

Excretion means removing metabolic waste from our cells. However, faeces removed from our body don't enter our cells and they are directly egested through anus, thus the answer for the second question is A. For sweating, the waste actually comes from our cells, therefore sweating is excretion

Your answer is TOTALLY WRONG. Removal of faeces is a process after bile excretion, you should not mix up the two processes.

Question 1: As I remember, cell wall is fully permeable instead of selectively permaeble. Thus, B is the answer.

Question 2: A is the answer because removal of feces is a egestion process instead of excretion.
