本人新買底板Magic-Pro MP-A2N-8M HD+新am2 CPU+2G記憶體。
舊H D系MAXTOR D740X-6L，系BIOS中可找到HD，但裝WINDOWS XP時
只能BOOT光碟，重復起動光碟，不能起動HD。
請教!!!!!!!!!謝
新底板+新cpu+2G記憶體=Boot不起舊H D

Are you mean it cannot access the HD when install the Windows XP?1. If yes, it is because the Windows XP haven't the update IDE driver. You can press F6 when boot up the XP CD. Then install the IDE driver to the floppy drive.
2. It may be incorrect setting on BIOS. Try to change the default startup sequence to let the HD boot first.

After you change mother board. ( different model) then you will need to format your harddisk and reinstall windows.
