As to the postponement of the shipment, we would like to explain that we have been ready for the delivery on Oct 29, and booked the vessel, ETD Nov 1. But before the delivery your designated forwarder, EI said there was no 45' container and confirmed the shipment be postponed to Nov 5. Disppointedly, EI on Nov 5 asked us to postpone the shipment again as the vessel could not park alongside Port of Shanghai, that's why there was a delay and they have sent e-mail to you and had your confirmation on that day.
