Parking ticket wavier. Help!?

Here's a novel idea: just pay the ticket! If you were parked in a "NO Parking" zone, at an expired meter, in a bus stop, at a fire hydrant, or in violation of "Alternate Side of the street rules", they've got you dead to rights. There is NO defense possible. Even if the car is disabled, you should have had it removed before the offense occurred; even if YOU were disabled (for which you'd need a handicap placard or plate), you would still only be able to park at an expired meter for a short period of time before earning a richly deserved ticket. Again, my advice? Pay the ticket asap (if you ignore it, you'll only incur penalties including but not limited to suspension of license and/or impound of the vehicle). Good luck!

dont contest it. if you think its going to cost alot to pay the ticket, then think of how much its going to cost after you miss 3 days of work to show up for the court hearing and te time spent preparing your argument, then add on the cost of the ticket and the time you have to take out of your life wen they make you go to traffic school for wasting their time. pay the ticket. its the smart thing to do. then maybe next time you're tempted to park in a handicapped space or right in front of a hydrant or along the pretty red curb, you'll think back to when you lost $1500 in 3 days

Dear Council:
My mother is writing this because I can neither read nor write. I received your letter congratulating me on being named the "1,000th person to park in the special parking space". I will be happy to attend the prize ceremony on Friday afternoon.

JUST GO TO ANY AUTO PARTS STORE AND BUY A BATTERY AND WRITE YOUR LETTER STATING THAT YOUR BATTERY FAILED AND YOU HAD TO PARK IT THERE, ALSO MAKE A COPY OF THE RECEIPT AND SEND IT IN.

WAIT ABOUT A WEEK AND RETURN THE BATTERY FOR A FULL REFUND.

take a picture of the sign with your friend holding a tree branch with leaves in fron of it ( mnake sure not to include your friends hand in the picture) say the sign was not clearly visible. You can also say a lager vehicle was blocking the sign.
you are a new driver and you were not sure exactly what the sign meant, plead for a dismissal and promise it wont happen again
