Manhattan apartment hotel is located on 57 Flinders Lane (Flinders Lane and Batman Ave). The location is at the edge of city loop. Flinders Lane is quiet and nothing to see, not many people passing by. If I were you, I wouldn't pick this place because it is not convenience for shopping and taking trains. Do you travel by yourself? Will you go out at night (really late)? If you do, you should consider the safety.

Oaks on Collins is located on 480 Collins St(Collins and King St, closed to Southern Cross Station). I definitely pick this one over Manhattan apartment. Reasons: 1 From the airport, take skybus to Southern Cross station, walk to the Oaks on Collins, 2. Closed to the station and tram stop. There was a gun-shot happened closed to King St and Flinders Lane. When you go out at night, you should avoid the bars and try to walk on the main street for your safety, Flinders St, Collins St, Bourke St, Londsdale St, Swanston St, Elizabeth St, Spencer St, etc.

M-Power Accommodation, I never heard about it and don't know anyone has booked the accomodation through them. I guess it is a small agent.
