rent piano is expensive if you cant afford for those yamaha kawai piano i rather you got a pearl river 48 inch is not the best but u keep it good tune it twice a yr can least until grade 8 & performance level ,if your got 2 kids u should get a 52 or 55 inch piano , be honest if you are picky i would suggest new u3 can least for performance level it as good as grand piano the sound is loud i love it , if you can afford more petrof grand is not the top 10 as steniwayson but it's top line seiler will be a good piano , myself if i can afford i still love steniyson even 5 yrs old plp buy it because the sound is excellent http://www.youtube.com/user/Pianoloverok
