You don't need to put "to" in front of the receiver's name. If you are sending a business package, you can use "Attn: xxx" , that is the easier and faster way to give it to the receiver.

用盒再用雞皮紙包住 is ok, I use this method all the time, or you can buy a box from post office, but that would be a little expensive
