你上面寫的句字是錯的因為一個句字必須有subject和verb. 但你的句子没有verb.

You cannot start a question with "that" and for babies, there is no need to describe a baby little - it is already understood.

If you are talking to the mother/father of the baby - it is better that you ask - is it your baby's birthday on 11 August?
