i am going to my cousin's wedding in the following summer holiday, i lived in USA and my cousin's wedding will be held in there. do i have to wear a dress ? i've never been to a wedding before, so i 'm not sure. if i need to wear a dress, will this dress appropriate?

You better wear a dress or skirt to the wedding. Usually people will not wear white color to wedding in US because they think only the bride can wear white. But I do see a lot of people wear white dress to the wedding. Both dress looks good. You can wear the one that you like to the wedding. I just attended my friend's wedding and I saw people wear white or black.
