chemistry calculation

i got a question.
the concentration of fe+2 solution in fe(no3).9h2o is 1.2ug/ml. if i want to change the unit in mmol/l. then how to find it out? plz show all the calculation. actually i got my answer but i am not sure it is accurate or not.
