我呢個月去首爾~~想問下要著羽絨呢?我好想帶冷帽tim呀~~唔知得唔得呢

I think it all depends. Last weekend, the temperature in Seoul dropped to 3 degree at night and l was ok with a coat (not thick one, not down jacket) but without any scarf or gloves. My friend dressed like me but she had lost her voice.
Therefore if you will catch cold easily, you better bring your down jacket. But l think scarf or gloves are not necessary. Furthermore, if you really need it when you arrive you can buy it easily on the street in Myeong Dong.

中午時間回升大約10至15度.
應該要著羽絨/厚身外套.
帶冷帽當然可以, 他們當地人不論什麼季節都會戴冷帽.
