Plan A: P-3.25%, with P-4.25% for the first 1 year (no cash rebate) (3 yrs prepayment penalty period)

Plan B: P-3.25%, with P-3.5% for the first 3 years (0.25% cash rebate) (3 yrs prepayment penalty period)

Plan A has the lowest interest payment, but plan B has a little bit cash rebate. But both plans are very good in the market.
