关于香港人来往国内工作的税务问题

现在有很多香港人需要每天去设于国内(珠三角)的分公司上班。据国内规定,外地雇员在国内工作天数一年超出180 天的话,需要缴交个人所得税。 那样,假如真的在国内需要缴交,那在香港的税务安排又是怎样呢?国内分公司在帮员工报个人入息时, 又有哪些需要注意的呢?

1. When report your Hong Kong Salaries tax, you should report the whole year income and then less the portion of income that work in Maninland China.
2. You should also show a copy of your payment for the Mainland China Tax to Hong Kong IRD.
国内分公司在帮员工报个人入息时, 又有哪些需要注意的呢?
Just deduct the monthly salary from the staff monthly income and submit the tax to Mainland China Tax Authority.
