我平時沒怎樣做劇烈運動,但我某天覺得膝蓋感覺痛楚.
所以去睇醫生,醫生話我係傷左韌帶,叫我多d休息.
我想問下除左多d休息之外,仲可以有咩自己做到既活動可以去幫到佢快d好.
仲有係睇完醫生幾耐之後先可以做.唔該各位幫忙.

Need more information before I can give you some suggestion. E.g. how old you are?
There may be chances that you may have sprain your ligaments. It doesn't have to be caused by exercise. There are so many soft tissue in and around the knee, it's not easy to identify which one gives you the pain. If it still bothers you after some rest, maybe you can go and see a physiotherapist.
