yes i rearly think it does,if your in a bad mood or depressed then your writting could be bad,if in good mood you feel more like doing it and your writting will be better,your personality reflects your writting as well

I would say both: at the most basic level, a person's writing depends on personality, experience, and individual thought process. Mood then affects the writing, but not the core of individual writing style.
