咩係軟流圈

地幔是介於地殼和地核之間的中間層。根據物質組成估計，地幔分為上下兩層，鐵鎂逐層增加。地幔的頂部仍為岩石，與地殼合稱為岩石圈（lithosphere）平均厚度約為 100公里，其下有一層較弱、可塑性較高的固體，在高壓下呈流動狀態，稱為軟流圈（asthenosphere），其深度約至距地表 250公里處。軟流圈之下，固體強度增高，但其形態與近地表的岩石不同。
