1) The supply curve of restaurant workers will shift to the right, an increase in supply, the equilibrium wage will fall as demand curve doesn't move.2) The demand curve on local restaurant workers will shift to the left, a decrease in demand. The employment level (quantity of local restauant workers) will fall as supply curve does not move.
