WINDOW XP 重裝問題

you should restart your computer!!! and then press F12 if the light was on when first screen you saw. Then use the CD-drive by using the option " bolt" with CD-rom ...then you will be passed into a Windows Screen without pressing the password ( i don't know my password too but i "washed" my computer for two times....

OR you are required to download a free software such as windows OneCare software to clean up the virus yourself....

P.S. : after washing the computer there will be spywares installed....usually...please avoid them by adding spyware-free / virus-free software!!>< or you might need to clean again- -!":
