Receipt 收據包括:日期(Date), 物品名稱(Item), 數量(Quantity), 單價(Unit Price), 總價(Total Price). 收款人簽名(Received By).
更可以有:
物品之詳細說明( Particulars), 公司名(Name of Company)
文具店也有現成的收據賣.
