You meant the shop where you bought the watch has changed? If it is still the same shop and of course you can bring it back.

OK! there should be some information in the box of the watch tell you something about the Hong Kong 分公室 location and telephone number. Try to call them and ask them where is their maintenance service office and bring the watch there for service.
