There are numerous causes of body rashes.
It would be better if I can have a photo of the rashes.
More importantly, your age, sex, duration and course of rashes, any allergy hx, family hx, occupation,etc.
Bcoz general rashes like, SLE are more predominetly in female population.

The last but not the least, you better seek help from a doctor for an examination of the rashes. Sometimes it can be caused by systemic diseases.
