USD50 for first person. Extra passenger is $10 each. Supershuttle vans usually take up to 7 persons. BART does not run directly to OAK. Change to a shuttle at the Coliseum station. If you have little luggage it's probably fine. Otherwise I would prefer door to door using super-shuttle.

Since your original question is 最快, BART takes 1 hour to run from SFO to Coliseum. Then you need to change to the AirBart Shuttle. Driving time of supershuttle from SFO to OAK is about 40 mins. Assuming no traffic on the bridge, road traffic should be faster. In rush hours it could be another story.
