I am so sorry to hear your story. Wish you and your family will recover soon. I don't think so all the family doctor will help you to assess your father 's mental condition. I success u use the information in the yellow paper and ring to the clinic and ask the nurse/ docter will they provide the proper services or not. Even not, i think the doctor will give u professional advice and referrals. Just directly tell them what u need and want. Wish your problem can be sloved. God bless.
