If you typed (or pasted) an address in the RealPlayer Address bar, be sure that you included the entire address. Double-check the spelling and all capitalization within the address. Some servers are case-sensitive and incorrect capitalization will prevent RealPlayer from locating the file.

如果你在RealPlayer 的地址欄內鍵入(或貼上)地址，請肯定你已包括了整個地址。再次檢查地址的拼寫和大小寫。一些伺服器會區分大小寫，而不正確的大小寫會令RealPlayer 找不到文件。註：RealPlayer沒有中文譯名。

使用RealPlayer(網上聲音傳播工具), 你可能會在<網址欄>內 打上某些網址, 或者用<剪貼> 方式把網址抄上去. 打或抄網址時, 注意所有英文拼法要正確, 大小楷也不要弄錯. 原因是部份伺服器對大小楷有識別, 同一字母如果大楷打成小楷, 也會導致RealPlayer搜尋檔案失敗.
