the price is not reasonable for used piano , instead of buying a 48 inch piano for this price i would suggest you to buy a 48 inch new pearl river china piano it's more cheaper used piano had lots of problem you buy from they use very cheap $$$ to buy u piano rebuild it to sell if u know how to play the piano u can feel how bad the sound is so be very honest new piano u dont had any worry u1 will be good enough to grade 8. if u continue to play after grade 8 than get a u3 , but mostly u1 is good enough to grade 8, 43 inch piano is not consider because its not easy when u get in to higher grade u can look here http://hk.f2.page.auctions.yahoo.com/hk/auction/b5701440
