總之there後邊一定係用is/are/was/were

(1)係正確,係解:他有一隻貓
(2)係解:他是一隻貓
" has" = " 有"
also, "there"後面一定唔可以用"has",係用"is/am/are..."(rule黎嫁)

is同has既分別以下:
如果就咁講佢有一隻貓...當然用he has a cat啦
好似第2人稱就we have a cat

旦如果講個度有隻貓:
就要用there is a cat
或者呢隻係貓..就會用this is a cat..而唔會用this has a cat
好似會講that is a cat..唔會講that has a cat
你記著..英文就好似程式咁..有d係要死記既
好似係問點解i要用am..而we要用are..我地真係答你唔地嫁啵...

'there' only can use 'be' after it.
'be' can change to 'is' , 'am' , 'are' , 'was' , 'were'
but 'there' can only stick with 'is' , 'was' for single form ; and 'are' , 'were' for pural form.
Same as 'here' .
