I would like to give you an example to show the meaning of the two terms.
In case 1, suppose you go to a small fish and chip shop to buy some chips. The shop is run by the boss himself who received your order, fried the chips, and gave you the chips and got your payment.
In this case, the service is an example of simple division of labour becasue the boss himself (one worker) did all the tasks in producing the service (chips).
In case 2, suppose you go to a large restaurant to have a steak for dinner. The restaurant had different staff (labour) to do the relevant tasks, namely, the waiter who took your order; the chef who cooked the steak, and the cashier who processed your bill when you paid it......
In this case, the service is an example of complex division of labour because the waiter, the chef, and the cashier (different workers) did the related tasks in producing the service (the steak).
I hope I can help.
