ULTRASONOGRAM OF THE PELVIS
REPORT
The urinary bladder is fully filled and appeare normal.
The uterus is anteverted in position and is enlarged. It is measured about 11.4 x 9.4 x 9.3 cm in size.
A hyperechoic mass at posterior wall of uterus is noted; it is measured 5.1 x 4.9 cm in size.
Another two masses are noted. Its diameter is 3.0 cm and 2.5 cm respectively.

IMPRESSION
The multiple fibroids of the uterus are noted.
