when I start my PC, all the function is OK, but why my speaker is no sound?? (but the indication light is on, and I just reload the window XP before)

It should be the sound card driver problem. See if there is a yellow exclamation mark on you sound card device (under the device manager section). Try to re-install your sound card driver and check whether the audio wirelines are connected correctly.
