我隻手琴晚跌親～流血
返到屋企～用水洗～拿紙巾貼傷口之後貼膠布～
但係今日個傷口冇血～但有水的物體在我的傷口～
如果要清理～去買咩野～同點樣整～
求救～我隻手

This is not water.
This is secretion from the wound.
If the secretion is yollow or green, your wound may be infection.
You should buy Normal Saline and gauze to do wound dressing.
If this condition continue, you should to see doctor and take a course of antibiotic.
