Let x be the first sonx+4/5x+2/3x=740000
37/15x=740000
x=300000
So the first son has $300000,the second son has $240000,the third son has $200000

Assume the first son got x
As per given, the second son got (4/5)x, the third son got x / 1.5 = (2/3)x
x + (4/5)x + (2/3)x = 740000
(15x + 12x + 10x) / 15 = 740000
37x / 15 = 740000

Thus, the first son got $300000,
the second son got $300000*4/5 = $240000,
the third son got $300000/1.5=$200000
