IE 經常性死 有什麼解決方法??

What is the IE error prompted?
If IE hanged, reinstallation of IE is a solution. But I have never successfully reinstall IE.
It looks like virus problem. please scan your computer throughtly and update all windows security patches.
Becuase you just reinstall your windows recently, so I don't think that

You'd better to reinstall your windows before formatting your harddisk throughly. Backup all data and format the whole harddisk.
Because the data files may be infected by the virus, so please scan all of your data files before openning them.
The internt connection should not be activated before you installed a good virus scanner.
Cause some ISP's DNS servers have been infected by virus, if your computer was not protected by security scanner, your IE will be still in trouble very soon.
