您好, 不好意思, 我是你的學生xxx, 剛於8月尾完成此課程, 收到學校寄來的成績通知, 我大為震驚, 成績是I (意思是未有完成習作/考試), 我是有完成assigment and final examination., 而秘書處回應是叫我直接聯絡導師, 因此,
可以再次幫忙確認成績嗎?還是我的表現或什麼原因, 導致未能通過考試取得證書.

Dear Mr. Chan,I am your student XXX who has been completed the course at the end of August. When I received the school result, I was shocked that it was grading at I, which is (assignment / examination not completed). In fact, I have completed all assigments and final examination. I have been noticed the secretarial department and they adviced me to contact you about the case directly. Therefore, would you please help me to re-confirm the result again? Or something else that affect the result ?
